J J Sandham invest in additional smoking kiln

Lancashire-based family cheese making business J J Sandham have announced that they have expanded their contract smoking offering with the addition of a brand new smoking kiln, ready for Spring 2018.

Already the biggest dairy smoker in the UK, their new investment will enable them to double their capacity of production flow to over 20 tonnes per week.

JJ Sandham Ltd have been smoking some of the biggest cheese brands in the country for over 18 years, adding different flavours and characteristics including Oak, Beech, Hickory, Spruce, Apple, Cherry and Chestnut.
