As an industry we are returning our roots, creating authentic artisan made food. As bakers we have a real opportunity to embrace this change and to create authentic healthy breads, made using only the finest ingredients and I’m proud to be playing a small part in the future of the UK’s artisan baking industry by creating healthy and innovative breads like our award winning Kombucha Sourdough.’’

Aidan added: ‘’It’s a real honour to be win these two significant awards, to be recognised as Baker of the Year is totally unexpected and winning the Product Innovation award is the really cherry on top of the cake. I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the other category winners and the shortlisted category finalists.’’
