KRO Hospitality has unveiled the first CGIs for its proposed luxury hotel to be located on Manchester’s Peter Street.
The Manchester-based hospitality management company is bidding to create a five-star, 47-bedroom hotel, Forty Seven, located above Asha’s contemporary Indian restaurant, which is owned by Asha Bosle.
Forty Seven will feature 47 bedrooms and the plans include an exclusive underground bar called The Peterman, whichwill also open beneath the eatery.
Founder of the restaurant, Asha Bhosle, flew in from India to meet with Kim Eivind Krohn, owner of KRO Hospitality, to see the plans for herself and discuss the project.
“I am very excited to see these plans transform the area around my restaurant and create a complete leisure package for visitors to Manchester,” she said.
“Since we opened our doors in 2015, locals and visitors have really taken to the restaurant and I can see how these plans will enhance our reputation in this fantastic city.”
Plans will be submitted this month, with the hotel set to open in 2020.
