IFCO, the leading provider of RPCs for fresh products including fruits and vegetables, meat and bananas has agreed a 10-year lease for 85,000 sq ft at Warrington’s Kingsland Grange Industrial Estate.
The deal follows their recent expansion and contract wins, with the site set to be the company’s first in the North West.
Owned by Property Alliance Group, the building includes extensive loading facilities, car parking, a large yard, and office space.
Frank Taylor, at Alliance commented: “We are delighted to secure this deal with IFCO and welcome the company to Kingsland Grange.
“The building was formerly occupied by Amazon until recently and is well suited to meet IFCO’s specific criteria, including extensive loading and service yard provisions as well as a high power and gas supply requirement.”
